Hello world,

         I am Xenthic, a character name that I came up with from the mix-up of a Magic the Gathering card name, for use in the game of Asheron’s Call. One day a friend that I worked with, who had played Magic, introduced me to Asheron’s Call. As I got into the game I started a character that I named Panthro, but quickly learned that I had made the character very wrong, so I was forced to start over.  The second character I created was named Xenthic Statue, a miss spelling on my part of a card from the Weatherlight set (Xanthic Statue).  Xenthic Statue started out a good character and leveled fast with his patrons assistance, however I would eventually take a skill that should have waited a bit  and decide that this character was also screwed up, again forcing me to create another character, partly because back then they did not have the ability to change skills yet. This start over would cause me to create my 3rd and permanent alter ego/character Xenthic.

      Now Xenthic started life in Asheron’s Call on the world Harvestgain and did stay there for almost 6 years. He started in a very small clan of Lo Rox. Staying small and unseen for a long time to learn the ins and outs of the game.  I leveled and leveled slowly becoming braver to doing certain quest and eventually even leading a few. After a couple years the small clan that Xenthic was in fell apart and he moved on to a new clan the Guardians of Dereth where I quickly became friends with the clan leader and would soon start leading quest for the clan. In the end I would become the clan monarch as people were trying out other games that I decided I did not want to go to.  This would be bad for me as almost immediately my clan of over 3000 would become a clan of only 5 active members and 2 of those were in England in a time zone that I would maybe see them for 5 minutes before they logged off.  I would soon decide that I no longer wanted to play if I had no one to follow me and would quit for 8 months.  When I came back I decided that I would start fresh and go to Leafcull. I took Xenthic there and started new but decided that I would prefer to have a mage that could buff my chars if needed and would work on Vaudmont there, only to end up having him become my main character on that world, but Xenthic was in my heart and I did try to play him as much as I could on and off for 3 years.

      Xenthic, real life me, is a young man that enjoys life to the best of his ability. I have a family with 2 little girls and a lovely wife that puts up with all the crazy ideas of fun. I enjoy video games (all types), music(but not rap or country), playing basketball, reading/movies of the sci-fi/mid-evil history sagas, puzzles such as sudoku and dabble in just about everything else, especially if it involves me working with my hands.
